Manufacturing facility

Placed to serve South India

Our main manufacturing unit is in the KIADB Nandoor Industrial Area on Shahabad Road, Karnataka. North Karnataka is one of the busiest farming belts in the south, with sugarcane, pulses, cotton and horticulture all within a day's drive, and the town has good rail links to the rest of the region.

The plant has an installed capacity of 150 tonnes per day (TPD) across our granulated range, including organic and bio-fertilizer products.

How it runs

From raw material to sealed bag

Blending and granulation

Blending and granulation equipment gives uniform granules with consistent nutrient content and particle size, so the product spreads evenly in the field.

Controlled fermentation

For bio-fertilizer products we use controlled fermentation, which keeps the microbial strains alive and active through the production cycle.

On-site quality lab

Our lab tests composition, microbial activity, moisture and shelf life on every batch, against industry standards and FCO norms.

Logistics and distribution

Warehouses and transport partners across the south

A plant is only as useful as its dispatch bay. We run strategically placed warehouses and work with reliable transport partners to deliver to farmers, retailers and distributors across South India on time.
