Who we are
A people-first team working for farmers
CNF was founded to support Indian farmers and the health of their soil. When you join, you become part of a team that works to nourish the soil, help farmers make better decisions, and leave the land in better shape for the next generation.
Our mission is to enrich soils and support farmers with practical, affordable crop nutrition. Most of our work happens face to face: at the plant, at the dealer counter and in the field.
Where you could work
Teams we hire for
Field sales officer
Look after dealers in your district, run farmer meetings and demo plots, and plan stock before each season. Two-wheeler and local language needed.
Agronomist
Advise farmers and dealers on doses and schedules, read soil reports and run field trials. B.Sc. or M.Sc. Agriculture.
Plant and quality lab
Production, maintenance and lab roles at our Karnataka plant. Chemistry, chemical engineering or ITI backgrounds.
Logistics and accounts
Dispatch planning, warehouse coordination, billing and dealer accounts, at our Bengaluru office and the plant.
