Fertilizer dealership in India
Become a CNF dealer or fertilizer distributor
Sell products farmers already understand, made at our own plant, with stock planned before the season and a field officer who helps you build demand.
What you get
Support that starts before the season
Dealers tell us the same thing: they lose sales when stock arrives late, and they lose farmers when nobody answers a complaint. That is where we put our effort.
Principal certificate
The company letter you need for your state fertilizer authorisation, issued once your dealership is approved.
Stock on time
Pre-season stock planning with your field officer, and restocking support while the season is on.
Farmer demand
Farmer meetings, demo plots and leaflets in the local language for the villages you serve.
Clear trade terms
A trade price list with the price, tax and validity dates for your area, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Dealer board
A CNF shop board with your shop's name, made to the brand standard.
One number to call
When a farmer has a problem with a bag, you call one number and someone deals with it.

Who makes a good CNF partner
- A licence, or a plan to get one. A state fertilizer authorisation, or an application in progress.
- A dry godown. Covered, with a raised floor and access for trucks.
- Farmers who trust you. An existing agri-input shop helps, but is not essential.
- Distributors: a network of dealers you already supply in your taluk or district.

Dealership FAQs
Before you apply
Do I need a licence to become a fertilizer dealer in India?
Yes. Under the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985 you need an authorisation from your state agriculture department before you sell fertilizer. CNF gives approved dealers the principal certificate you attach to that application. Our guide on how to become a fertilizer distributor covers the steps.
What is the difference between a CNF dealer and a distributor?
A dealer sells to farmers from a shop. A distributor buys larger volumes from CNF and supplies a group of dealers in a taluk or district, with a godown to match.
Which areas are open for CNF dealership?
We are appointing in Karnataka and neighbouring states. Apply with your district, and we will tell you whether your area is open.
I am a farmer looking for a fertilizer stockist near me. Can you help?
Yes. Send your village or pin code on WhatsApp to +91 99003 57603 and we will share the nearest CNF stockist.
