At CNF, we pride ourselves on operating a state-of-the-art fertilizer manufacturing facility that embodies efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. Our infrastructure is designed not just to meet current market demands but also to lead the future of bio-fertilizer production in India.

Our primary manufacturing unit is located in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, strategically positioned to serve the entire South Indian agricultural market. The facility boasts an installed capacity of 150 tons per day (TPD) for our range of granulated fertilizer products, including a robust portfolio of organic and bio-fertilizers.

The plant is equipped with cutting-edge blending and granulation technology that ensures consistent product quality, improved nutrient retention, and optimal particle size distribution. For our bio-fertilizers, we use controlled fermentation systems, ensuring the viability and potency of microbial strains throughout the production cycle.

To maintain the highest standards, our facility houses on-site quality control laboratories. These labs conduct continuous testing for product composition, microbial activity, moisture levels, and shelf-life. Every batch is rigorously checked to meet both industry standards and regulatory compliance, including FCO norms for bio-fertilizers.

A robust logistics and warehousing infrastructure supports the seamless distribution of our products across South India. With strategically located warehouses and a network of reliable transport partners, we ensure timely delivery to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
